Frequently Asked Question

Your serial number is your key to accessing all Poser downloads. You do not need to log in to download your purchase or any service releases. If you purchased Poser without creating an account or can't access your store account this is how you can download Poser updates.

Without logging in, click the downloads link at the top of the PoserSoftware page.

On the next page choose the first download in the list for your computer, Mac or PC.

Save the downloaded installer file someplace easy to find like the "Downloads" folder. It's highly recommended to keep a backup of the install files for version you have installed.

When you install Poser the first time you will need your serial number to activate Poser. If you are updating Poser will continue to use the existing activation. 

The older installers are provided in case there's a problem with the current update.
Don't download those unless instructed to do so by support.
